Time: Our Turnaround Time and Studio Arrival

At our studio, we strive to provide efficient and timely alteration services. Our typical turnaround time ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, starting from the moment we receive your items in our studio.

During the alteration process, our skilled team will work diligently to ensure precision and attention to detail. We value the trust you place in us and aim to exceed your expectations with the quality of our workmanship and the timeliness of our service.

Please note that the turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the alterations, the volume of orders, and other factors. We will communicate any adjustments to the estimated completion date if necessary, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Sending your G'wan Moments:

Please note that we have a maximum limit of 7- 10 (depending on work needed) G'wan moments that can be shipped to us per alteration cycle. This limit ensures that we can efficiently process and prioritize each item, giving the necessary attention to detail for every alteration.

When it comes to shipping your items for alteration, please note that the shipping cost is not our responsibility. As the customer, you will be responsible for covering any shipping fees incurred during the process.

When sending your garments to our studio, we recommend selecting a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. This ensures that your package is protected and can be easily traced in case of any unforeseen circumstances during transit.

To ensure a timely and efficient alteration process, it is important that your G'wan Moments are delivered to our studio within 7-10 days from securing your spot. This timeframe allows us to schedule and allocate the necessary resources to complete your alterations promptly.

If your G'wan Moments are not received within the specified timeframe, we may need to release your spot to accommodate other clients who are waiting in line. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so if you anticipate any delays in sending your items, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis.

Alteration Order Changes:

If any changes are requested to the original alteration order, additional costs may be incurred.

Any additional costs will be communicated to you and must be paid separately before work on the revised order can commence.

Completion:

Once the alterations are complete, we will provide you with an invoice for the shipping fee. This fee must be paid before we can proceed with shipping your G'wan moments back to you. We kindly request prompt payment to ensure a timely return of your items. Free shipping over $199.00 does not apply to alterations.

Once your moments are packed and ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping notice from us. This notice will include relevant tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package until it reaches your desired destination.

If you have any special shipping requests or preferences, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
