Returns & Exchanges Policy
OUR POLICIES HAVE CHANGED EFFECT July 24, 2018, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
-We hope that you are happy with the items you have selected. However, you may request an exchange/Returns within 7 days of delivery of your order. We will be happy to exchange unworn or defective merchandise.
-Exchanges/Returns request after 7 days will only be accepted at our discretion. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, unused with original hand-tags.
-Merchandise marked “as is”, “sample sale” or “final sale” cannot be returned/exchanged.
-Shipping and handling charges and sales tax and duties on shipping are not refundable
-All exchange requests must be emailed to us via email@example.com prior to shipping it back to us.
-For returns accompanied with a packing slip, a refund will be made in the form of original payment. If you do not have your packing slip, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you in obtaining one.
– Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your exchange. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed once we have received your package, and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. You will receive an email once we have processed your refund.
– We suggest that you send your return via Priority Mail and request a delivery confirmation tracking number. This will ensure that you will receive confirmation when the package is delivered to us. You will also have a means of tracking your package should it become lost in the mail.
– We are not responsible for any items lost in shipping.
Defective items are accepted for exchanges or to be fixed. However, we do not accept items that have been damaged as a result of you trying it on, i.e. if you rip the garment. We do not accept returns on garments that have been soil due to you trying it on, i.e. lotion satin, deodorant, make-up or sweat mark. You must email us with your defective claims at email@example.com. We will refund shipping charges if we shipped the wrong size/item or if the item is defective.
CUSTOM ORDERS/FINAL SALES
Final sale items and custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
All swimwear is only eligible for exchange ONLY. Swimwear must have the hygiene liners intact.
